Coaching | The Proactive Caregiver
In Module One – Spiritual Wellness, we will cover the Caregiver’s unique uses and benefits of meditation, reflection, raising your frequency, and strengthening community connectivity. Then we will wrap up with preparing and approaching the end of life or the end of your caregiver’s journey spiritually as your loved one is called home.
In Lesson 1.1, we will begin with the historical context of meditation, how it affects the hippocampus, and then how you can introduce this technique into your journey toward practicing objectivity.

In Lesson 1.1, we will begin with the historical context of meditation, how it affects the hippocampus, and then how you can introduce this technique into your journey toward practicing objectivity.
In Lesson 1.2, we will address the majestic healing of meditation on the mind (energy) and the body (matter) to dive even deeper into the intent behind the caregiver’s meditative mind, the overall goal, and the creation of a plan that works best for you.
In Lesson 1.3, before we wrap up the section on meditation, we will discuss the challenges often experienced with quieting the mind and resting the body. Then we will cover some expected and unexpected results.

Welcome to Module One, Lesson 2 - Reflection: Meditation and reflection go hand in hand, like the link between our gut and mind. As you surrender to the calmness of meditation, you will begin to experience more thoughts surfacing. We cover how to effectively reflect and partner with meditation.
In Lesson 2.1, we will build on what we learned in the previous lesson on meditation while expanding our stress-relieving and anxiety-reducing practices. From meditation to reflection, we will be able to go deeper to separate what we DO as caregivers from who we ARE as individuals. A way to identify who we want to be during and after caregiving.
In exploring who we are, we will examine the concepts of nature versus nurture to investigate the life experiences that created catalyst moments, and how we will use a reflective practice as our therapeutic investigation. Then we will dive further into practicing reflection so we can become aware of and break self-destructive habits that lead to burnout.
Before we wrap up Module One, Lesson 2, we will close with Lesson 2.3 of Reflection, discussing potential challenges with reflection. Then we will cover some expected results you may have already started to experience, or at least look forward to.
In Module One, Lesson 1.3, before we wrap up the section on meditation, we will discuss the challenges often experienced with quieting the mind and resting the body. Then we will cover some expected and unexpected results.
In Module One, Lesson 3, we will continue building our spiritual toolbox, from Meditation and Reflection, to cover our natural vibrational frequencies and how these practices complement our state of being.
In Lesson 3.1, we will cover the Schumann resonance, how it is spiritually connected to our beliefs and way of life, and how our emotions also carry specific vibrations.
In Module One, Lesson 3.2, we will discuss various frequencies that can help you raise and lower your frequency, which can help break up your emotional constipation.
Before we wrap up Lesson 3, let’s go over potential challenges you might experience as you include these frequencies in your daily routines, and then conclude with some expected results.
By this point, if you have been diligently practicing your new caregiver spiritual tools, you may begin to identify the stories that you have told yourself to keep you pushing forward. Barely surviving, existing, yet not truly living a life of joy and harmony.
Now we take Lessons 1 to 3 to put into practice with others. Lesson 4.0 will cover Connectivity with others as our journey progresses. Building your caregiver spiritual toolbox through meditation, reflection, and learning how to raise our frequency helps us individually reduce stress and anxiety and create a sense of peace with the past, the present, and the journey ahead. What lies ahead will require greater collaboration to bridge several gaps in care needs.
We are going to dive into the deep end of the emotional pool with this lesson. Mental health of caregivers degrades slowly as their loved ones decline, so you do need a life raft long before you will ever consider asking for one.
In Lesson 4.2, we will discuss possible challenges you may face once you find the courage or time to connect with a new interest group. Breaking up the isolation is a healthy choice, but not always easy to do initially.
Many of the stories we tell ourselves to get through life may gradually become the anchors that keep us from growing, becoming judgmental or resentful of others' growth, and emotionally stunted.
Lesson 5.0 will cover what pulls at our heartstrings and makes us feel like we might unravel – The End of Life, with the end of the journey, as you have become accustomed to. We will discuss our beliefs and how we process, the transition process, Advanced Directives, and preternatural evil forces to be aware of. We will cover this through the intent of discovering your beliefs about death and dying so you can fulfill your loved one’s dying wishes, if known.
In Lesson 5.1, we will focus on your beliefs, your loved one's beliefs, and how we process differences in light of our expectations, experiences, and evolutionary mindset changes. The awareness of what we believe and why can shed light on our sources of anxiety and stress during a time when finding peace within our circumstances is challenging.
In Lesson 5.2, we will continue this delicate journey’s end. In this lesson, we will cover the intent of discovering our beliefs about death in connection to our loved ones’ beliefs to honor their dying wishes. We will also expand on the goal of understanding the differences between medical and spiritual changes as the body winds down.
In Lesson 5.3, we will cover some challenges in seeking clarity or meaning in life during and after our loved one’s journey ends. Then we will discuss some expected results from letting go of our loved ones. One additional area that is usually unexpectedly experienced and misunderstood is the vulnerability of grieving after our loved one leaves this dimension and how it exposes us to spiritual warfare.
